There are basically 5 wounds that we can select from , to work through in our physical life on earth. Abandonment, Rejection, Humiliation, Betrayal, and Injustice – without proportioning any blame whatsoever, these wounds are triggered in us by one or other parent – and become the source of our “reactions” to situations in life. Learning to identify the wound, or combination of wounds that we carry – helps us to manage the way we react to things – and in so doing learn to heal the wound and find a new level of inner happiness.
Likewise in relationships we are attracted to someone with a similar wound and “Pain Body” and often describe that person as our ‘Soulmate” because we feel they really understand us – learning to manage and transform our pain body sets us free to be who we really are in our truth – to not judge ourselves and to embrace a love of self!
